About

Hello My name is Jessica Bradley, I was born in California and left there when I was 20. I traveled the world for a few years and settled in Colorado after meeting my husband. Since then we have moved to beautiful Tennessee and we working hard on building our life here on our little homestead. We have two beautiful boys that are full of energy and life. My story keeps expanding and evolving but it all started in my early 20s.

My story sparked when I had to have back surgery at 23 years young! I was working long hours as a line cook. Having fun with my new boyfriend at the time (my husband now) parting a lot and eating unhealthy- truly living the “college” life. Long story short, my back gave out after years of poor lifestyle choices and unhealthy eating habits. Nothing was placed into my back just a clean up, but it was a wake up call. As one of my many recovery techniques I started doing yoga and my teacher at the time was inspiring and very generous. Forever grateful to her and her time. One day I blindly brought a Dr. Pepper to class, and she fully made it clear to me that wasn’t a wise choice and to start looking into the ingredients listed on everything I ate and drank. A lightbulb switched on and sparked a passion in me. “DUH” I thought, I went to culinary art school- we followed recipes and created product so that had to be the same in the products we consume daily. So I got obsessed, bringing a notebook with me to the grocery store and jotting down any words on the ingredient list that I had no idea what it was or how to pronounce it! When I got home I would jump online and research everything. I started to freak out!! CHEMICALS EVERYWHERE!!! I took a deep breath and slowly starting making simple but impactful changes in my life. I found a school that I was truly passionate about Bauman Collage and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Clinical Holistic Nutrition. This became one of the most transitional times in my life. I went down the rabbit hole and have never looked back! I did all the hard work and am here now sharing my findings, education, and experiences with you in hopes that I can help others reach their optimal health, and create a better environment for our future generations.
